👻 BOO-K YOUR SPOT: The YPSI Halloween Festival is Here! 🎃

Looking for unique handcrafted art and goods for our spooky Halloween themed festival and vendor fair! This is a fundraiser for The YPSI which hosts performances and works to save this beautiful Gothic church.

Content & Theme Guidelines

• Costumes are encouraged.

• Please have candy or toys to hand out to kids.

• Keep decor, costumes, and displays "family-spooky"

• Vendors MUST stay for the entire festival 1pm-9pm

• No costumes or props with weapons that could be mistaken for real (no realistic knives, guns, etc.)

• Divination/paranormal vendors should frame readings as entertainment.

• No jump-scares or startling children without a parent's clear consent

Food & Candy Safety

• All food vendors need proper permits/licenses per the local health department. Vendors serving food/drinks must submit in advance.

• Vendors must have candy or small toys to hand out to kids.

• Candy handed out must be commercially wrapped (no homemade treats for trick-or-treating safety)

• Clearly label common allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy) at food trucks and candy stations

• Vendors offering "potions" or novelty drinks must list ingredients clearly

Booth & Safety Logistics

• Booth Assignment, setup/teardown times, and check-in procedures will be sent to you with registration and invoice.

• You are welcome to bring a tent.

• We require tents to have 40lb weights on each corner.

• Consider that tables and displays should also be weighted for wind.

• No open flames unless pre-approved and fire-safety compliant (candles, fog machines, etc.)

• Electrical request must be submitted in advance.

• Vendors are responsible for their own trash and must leave the space clean

Business & Legal

• Vendors handle their own sales tax collection

• No subletting booth space to other sellers without approval

• Behavior expectations: respectful interactions, no aggressive sales tactics
  Family friendly displays preferred.

Fees & Registration

• Electrical is $25 and request must be submitted with registration. Those who submit with interest form and registration receive priority.

• Booth space is $75 for 10’x10’ and $140 for 10 x 20’

• Booth will be assigned with payment receipt.

• Costumes encouraged

• Food/Drink trucks will pay 5% of profits to the festival.

• Electric will be provided no charge to food trucks whose voltage we can accomidate.

• Registration forms will be sent to those who have completed vendor interest form.

• Deadline for registration and payment is October 10.
