Save Old Buildings owns the historic downtown building widely knowns as “The YPSI.”
This for-profit business aims to provide affordable space for the community while restoring this unique gothic church building. Save Old Buildings owns the facility and rents spaces to local businesses and the nonprofit The Ypsilanti Performance Space.

Current businesses in the building include massage therapy, tax and accounting, and a local news podcast. A Baptist church rents the annex on Sundays and a political discussion group utilizes it on Saturday mornings. All businesses currently operating at the facility are minority or women owned.

The Ypsilanti Performance Space has a long term lease. They provide rental equipment and event hosting services in the facility.
